Return and refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of products within 70 calendar days from the delivery date.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:
Be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging (when applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where required by law:

Sale items or products marked as “final sale,” gift cards, digital or downloadable products, personalized or custom-made items.


Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  • Contact us through our support channel at myevermoree@gmail.com

  • Provide the order number and the reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer decision, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error or when required by applicable law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refunded amount will correspond to the product price, excluding original shipping costs (unless legally required).

Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank, and generally takes between 3 and 10 business days.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, for example:

Products showing signs of use, damaged packaging, incomplete returns, or returns made outside the established timeframe.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the description, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the case, we will offer: replacement, refund, or repair. This procedure does not limit consumer rights under applicable laws.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, this return and refund policy will apply.
